Description:
Start backwards without puck and receive a give and go pass from second player in line.
Pivot forwards at center line and receive another pass then go 1on0 for a shot. After shot continue to other side and pivot to bwds receiving a new puck and turning with puck to fwds and pass it it the line ahead of you. The pass receiver does a D to D pass to the other side.
Then skate around center face-off circle and retrieve a last pass to go 1on0 again.
The key points are:
- full speed
- keep feet moving at all time
- heads up when passing
- quick turns fwd-bwd-fwd
