Description:
Start without puck and receive a puck from the coach. On the other side a second player starts as a defender.
Play 1on1 and try to score. After the shot on net a new forward starts towards the second coach an receives a new puck. The two players involved in the 1on1 transition quickly to join a 3on1 rush towards the other net. A new defender enters the play as soon as the new forward leaves for a new puck.
After the 3on1 continue from the other side with a new 1on1....

- good tape-to-tape passes
- quick transition
- net drive on the 3on1
- drop pass to trailer if possible on the 3on1
