Description:
2 teams line up as shown in the video. The red team starts from the face-off dots going offense
with a puck and try to score on the 2on0. Two backcheckers from the yellow team start from the goal line
and try to disturb the 2on0.
Always start on the whistle. Coach whistles as soon as the shot was taken.
Play 3-6 minutes and check which teams scores more.
The key points are:
- full speed both offense and backcheckers
- heads up
- good last pass for scoring chance
- pass in full speed and handle the backcheck pressure
