PGKA HOPE FUND
is a support and relief program created by the Pama Golden Knights Academy to help members of the PGKA family facing serious medical emergencies, life-changing situations, or urgent financial hardship caused by illness or injury.

The fund’s mission is simple: No PGKA player, coach, volunteer, or family member or community member should face a crisis alone.
No One Fights Alone
We created the PGKA Hope Fund because someone very special to us is fighting for his life. Marty Gwozdz is not just a player—he is a brother, a teammate, a friend. He is also a loving husband and the proud father of a 4-year-old son who adores him.
And now, he is facing a battle no family should ever face alone: Leukemia.
When one of us falls, the entire PGKA family rises. Marty’s fight opened our eyes to what truly matters. Hockey builds skills, but family builds strength. And in moments like this, PGKA must be more than an academy—it must be a lifeline.
The PGKA Hope Fund was created from the heart, born from our love for Marty and the belief that no member of our community should ever carry a burden like this by themselves.
Today, we stand with him. Tomorrow, we will stand with anyone in our PGKA family who needs us.
Because family doesn’t quit. And no one fights alone.
The PGKA Hope Fund was born from this moment—so we can help Marty now, and any PGKA family member who may need us in the future.

Q: Is PGKA keeping a percentage of the donations?
No. 100% of the net donations received for this campaign are dedicated to supporting Marty and his family, minus only unavoidable payment processing fees charged by banks/platforms.
Q: What happens to the money if more is raised than Marty needs?
Any remaining funds, after Marty’s needs are covered, will either (a) stay reserved for his ongoing care, or (b) with his family’s agreement, be moved into the general PGKA Hope Fund to help other PGKA family members in similar situations.
