PGKA Projects
At PGKA, we use hockey as a platform to empower people. Through our projects like Coach’s Corner, Be a Knight, and Rise Up, we support player development, promote social responsibility, and help individuals overcome life’s toughest challenges. It's more than a game — it’s a movement.

Meet Our Founders
Pama Golden Knights Academy (PGKA) was founded in 2020 by Brazilian player and coach Pablo Navarro, alongside his wife Luísa Menin and co-founder Sabraj Nijjar. Shortly after, key additions like current COO Dave Hammond helped propel the project to new heights.
At PGKA, our mission is to develop people through sport, identifying talent and guiding individuals to reach their full potential—while actively standing against racism and promoting social inclusion through hockey. We believe a person’s destiny should never be defined by their passport.
In just five years, PGKA has brought free, high-level hockey camps to over 15 countries, including: Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Colombia, Ecuador, El Salvador, France, Guatemala, India, Italy, Mexico, Namibia, Spain, Switzerland, Uruguay, the United States, and Venezuela.
In 2022, PGKA was officially recognized by World Skate as its global development program, and we continue to grow every year.
