PGKA - Coach´s Corner - Omega Warmup

This drill can be used for medium to pro level players as a warmup passing/skating/shooting drill. It works best with group of 10-14 players. You can set different focus points/variations: - Mohawk steps at center line - give and go passes with both corners - soft hands sweep-in/out pass give and go passes while feet are moving - shooting in full stride always hitting the net.
