Variant 1 (left):
2 players with one puck in the box fight for the puck. The puck carrier tries to do give and goes with one of the outside players that is open. Be patient and deceptive to find open passing options but always keep your puck under control. The 2nd player in the box without the puck tries to fight hard to get the puck. Once the puck possession changes he tries to do the give and goes. The players on the outside also have a puck that they pass to an open player on the outside. Diagonal and board passes are allowed too.
Variant 2 (right): The same as 1) but the outside players also move and try to pass while moving.
The key points are:
- Heads up
- Quick decisions
- Position yourself properly in order to receive a pass and pass it to the next player
- Find open lanes and pass as quickly as possible
- Get open to receive a pass and already know your subsequent options
