Split team into four lines, one line in each corner. Coaches have pucks. On the whistle one player from each corner skates forward using inside edge turn on one skate around the cone. The coach places a puck and the two players race for that puck and shoot. After the shot both players switch corners.
Make it a competition! Team that scores 5 goals first wins.
