The Pama Golden Knights Academy (PGKA) Coach Certification Program is designed to develop, recognize, and empower coaches who share our passion for inline hockey and youth development worldwide. This program ensures that every certified PGKA coach meets the highest standards of knowledge, leadership, and teaching ability, creating a unified coaching philosophy across all PGKA teams, camps, and international events. Program Objectives Establish a global standard for inline hockey coaching within PGKA. Provide coaches with the tools, drills, and methodologies to teach effectively at all levels. Promote PGKA’s values of discipline, teamwork, and excellence both on and off the rink. Support the growth of the sport by developing qualified leaders in every region where PGKA operates. What Coaches Will Learn Technical Development: Core skills, progressive drills, and player evaluation methods. Tactical Understanding: Game systems, strategy design, and situational coaching. Leadership & Mentorship: Communication, team culture, and motivation. Event & Camp Preparation: Structuring practices, tournaments, and PGKA-certified camps. Ethics & Safety: Coaching responsibility, inclusivity, and player well-being.
