4 lines of players. Make all one touch passes if possible. Players leave on whistle.

The key points are:

- One touch passing

- Sticks on the floor, be ready!

- good timing - second pass should arrive on players blade right after he pivoted to forwards - After shooting, each player should stop at the net in a position to get the next player's rebound
