Two players from each team set up in the end zone near the tops of the circles in the outside lanes. They cannot go further than the tops of their circles or move into the middle lane in front of the net they are attacking.
They may pass or shoot. The coach starts play by chipping the puck into the middle.
The team that recovers the puck must make a pass to one of their outside players before attacking the net.

This game encourages quick transition before defenders can set up but once set up, the attackers set up to create a low zone power play simulation
The out side players must touch the puck at least once on each change of posession
